About this speaker
Francisco, originally from Venezuela, has Indonesian citizenship and has been active in South East Asia for the past 18 years.
He was the country manager of Cemex Indonesia and vice president director in the joint operation between Cemex and Semen Gresik (now Semen Indonesia), Indonesia’s largest cement manufacturer. He is very experienced M&A in the cement industry in, especially in ASEAN. He has been actively involved as an advisor on M&A projects in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, Philippines and Bangladesh. He held international and executive positions with Cemex over a period of 20 years. Before he became country manager of Indonesia, he was responsible for Cemex Caribbean and Cemex Venezuela.
Francisco is also active in other industries and holds various advising positions in different companies and of course advising partner of The Jakarta Advisory Group.
