Divyesh Thakkar

Mr Divyesh Thakkar, who has pioneered and established parallel cost-effective supply chain thru conditioned ash transportation by open wagons to cement companies in India back in 2019, which paved a way for many distant locationally disadvantage thermal power plants in the country for supplies of ash and increasing much required meaningful, long term sustainable ash utilisation in the country. He has also popularised ash movement thru specialised wagons by offering a one-stop solution to cement majors.

During his stint with Adani Power Limited, he has managed more than 3 million MT of ash per annum across all power plants thru popularising usage in many areas and ash-based Industries. He has successfully established regular fly ash exports thru direct and indirect selling in more than 20 countries across the world.

Mr Thakkar is a Specialist in ash management, sales, strategy with more than 10 years of experience and presently working with Dubai Electricity and water authority ( DEWA) in Dubai.
