David Harris

David Harris is an entrepreneur and investor with over two decades of experience in energy, infrastructure, water and sustainable materials sectors across Asia. He currently serves chairman of the Asian Coal Ash Association, a not-for-profit industry association registered in Australia with secretariat offices in Beijing and Mumbai. Mr Harris is founder and managing director of Optimus Limited, a technology development firm researching and accelerating market adoption for sustainable construction materials, solid waste recycling, and water production and processing. An advisor to governments and international construction and energy industry stakeholders, Mr Harris provides global perspectives, strategic insights and executive support for operations, M&A and innovations in procurement, product development and sustainability.
